Welcome to RIA Air Travel. By using our website, contacting us, or booking any service through us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Our Services

RIA Air Travel provides travel and booking support services, including airline ticket booking, domestic and international flight tickets, visa appointment assistance, TB test booking, passport form assistance, new and renewal passport services, NICOP/NADRA appointment support, Umrah booking, hotel booking, car booking, ticket reissue, holding tickets, group ticket services, air cargo assistance, vehicle token tax support, and income tax return assistance.

We act as a service provider and booking assistance agency. Some services are provided directly by us, while others depend on third-party airlines, embassies, visa centers, hotels, transport companies, government departments, and cargo service providers.

2. Booking and Inquiry

Customers can contact us through phone, WhatsApp, email, website form, or by visiting our office. When submitting an inquiry, customers must provide correct and complete information, including full name, phone number, travel dates, passport details, destination, service type, and any other required information.

RIA Air Travel will not be responsible for delays, booking errors, or appointment issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the customer.

3. Airline Tickets

Airline ticket prices are subject to availability and may change at any time until the booking is confirmed and payment is completed. Ticket rules, baggage allowance, cancellation charges, date change charges, refund policies, and no-show penalties are controlled by the airline.

Customers are responsible for checking their name, travel date, destination, passport number, and other ticket details before final confirmation. Once a ticket is issued, changes or cancellations will depend on the airline’s policy.

4. Visa Appointment and Travel Documents

RIA Air Travel provides assistance with visa appointment booking, TB test booking, cover letters, passport services, and document support. However, visa approval, rejection, appointment availability, document acceptance, and processing time are controlled by the relevant embassy, visa center, government office, or official authority.

We do not guarantee visa approval, appointment availability, or processing time. The customer is responsible for providing genuine, accurate, and complete documents.

5. Passport, NADRA and NICOP Services

For passport, renewal passport, NADRA, and NICOP appointment support, customers must provide correct personal details and required documents. Any delay, rejection, or issue from the relevant government department is outside our control.

RIA Air Travel is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer information or missing documents.

6. Umrah Booking

Umrah services may include flight booking, hotel booking, transport support, and travel guidance. Package prices and availability may change depending on airline fares, hotel rates, visa rules, and travel dates.

Customers must check all package details before confirmation, including hotel category, distance, transport arrangement, travel dates, and payment terms.

7. Hotel and Car Booking

Hotel and car booking services are subject to availability and the terms of the hotel, transport company, or service provider. Cancellation, refund, check-in, check-out, and service rules depend on the relevant third-party provider.

RIA Air Travel will assist customers where possible but is not responsible for third-party service changes, delays, or cancellations.

8. Air Cargo Services

For cargo services, customers must provide correct shipment details, receiver information, item description, weight, and required documents. Cargo charges may depend on weight, size, destination, and service type.

RIA Air Cargo is not responsible for delays caused by customs, airline handling, weather conditions, incorrect documentation, restricted items, or third-party cargo service providers.

Customers must not send prohibited, illegal, dangerous, or restricted items through cargo services.

9. Payments

Customers must make payments according to the agreed price and payment terms. A booking, ticket, appointment, package, or service will only be confirmed after the required payment is received.

Prices may change if payment is delayed or if the airline, hotel, embassy, government department, or third-party service provider changes the charges.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the type of service booked.

For airline tickets, refunds and cancellation charges depend on the airline policy.
For visa appointments, TB test bookings, passport services, and government-related services, fees may be non-refundable once the process has started.
For hotel, car, Umrah, and cargo services, cancellation and refund rules depend on the relevant service provider.

Service charges paid to RIA Air Travel may be non-refundable once work has started.

11. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for checking all details before confirmation. This includes name spelling, passport details, travel dates, destination, contact details, visa requirements, ticket details, appointment dates, hotel details, and cargo shipment information.

Customers are also responsible for having valid travel documents, including passport, visa, permits, health documents, and any other required travel approval.

12. Third-Party Services

RIA Air Travel may work with airlines, hotels, embassies, visa centers, government offices, cargo companies, transport providers, and other third-party service providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, refusals, policy changes, technical problems, or service failures caused by third parties.

13. Website Information

We try to keep the information on our website accurate and updated. However, service details, prices, airline policies, visa rules, and appointment availability may change without notice. Customers should contact us directly for the latest information before making any booking or payment.

14. Limitation of Liability

RIA Air Travel will not be responsible for any loss, delay, extra cost, missed flight, visa refusal, appointment rejection, cargo delay, hotel issue, transport issue, or travel disruption caused by incorrect customer information, third-party providers, government authorities, airline policies, weather conditions, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

RIA Air Travel may update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this website. Customers are advised to review this page regularly.
